Beyonce Enters Made In America Stage To Ronda Rousey Speech
Beyonce enters the stage to Ronda Rousey's "Do nothing bitch" speech.
Beyonce has become perhaps the biggest symbol of feminine power in pop culture. One woman who has recently joined her ranks is the undefeated UFC fighter and gold medalist Ronda Rousey, who won "Best Female Athlete" at this year's ESPYs. At last night's headlining show at Made In America Festival, Beyonce paid homage to Rousey by entering the stage to the fighter's now viral "Do nothing bitch" speech.

Jay Z Plays Undercover Fanboy At Beyonce's Made In America Show
Jay Z was the most hyped fan in the crowd during his wife's Made In America performance.
Made In America might have been created by Jay Z, but this year, the festival was totally owned by Beyonce. And her hubby seems to agree.
Hov didn't come on stage during Bey's headlining set. Instead, he snuck into the crowd, and, dressed in a grey hoodie, he looked like just another fan. In fact, he looked like one of the BeyHive's most devoted fanboys, rocking back and forth and singing along to songs like "1+1" and "7/11."
50 Cent Takes A Picture With The Victim Of Rick Ross' Kidnapping & Assault
50 Cent poses for a picture with the guy who apparently got pistol-whipped by Rick Ross. The "9 Shots" rapper then laughs at the thought of Ross' potential jail sentence.
Remember when Rick Ross was charged with assault, battery and kidnapping for supposedly pistol-whipping one of his groundskeepers? Apparently Rozay did the guy so bad that he couldn't eat solid food. Ross spent about a week in jail before getting out on $2 million bail. Well, now it seems that Ross' victim has somehow made friends with one of the MMG boss's biggest rivals, 50 Cent, as the two were pictured together at an EFFEN vodka special event.

Jay Rock Sets Release Date For "90059"
Jay Rock's second studio album, "90059," has an official release date.
Jay Rock has finally given his upcoming album, 90059, an official release date. We had a feeling the date was just around the corner, and Rock just confirmed that 90059 will be out next Friday, on September 11.
Pre-Order #90059 CD at http://t.co/qdvbJlkGc3 now!! #TDE pic.twitter.com/7aYefAZ3Nc
— TopDawgEnt (@TopDawgEnt) August 28, 2015
At first, the iTunes release date for 90059 had been painfully set for May 2016, though TDE CEO Anthony Tiffith said that the release date would continue to move closer in correlation with the album's pre-order numbers. Tiffith announced the promotional strategy two weeks ago, and the final date of September 11 should signal that Rock's second studio album has garnered significant interest from fans ahead of its release.
Rock recently dropped one of the album's all-TDE collabs, "Easy Bake," featuring Kendrick Lamar and SZA. See the full tracklist here, and check out our initial thoughts on the album based on the recent 90059 listening party in NYC.

Post Malone Apologizes For Using The N-Word
Post Malone apologizes for his use of the N-word in an old Vine video.
A few days ago, an old Vine resurfaced of Post Malone saying the N-word. Malone's poor word choice occurred while he and a friend, also white, were watching a video of cats playing around: "Yeah we watch 'Too Cute,' n*gga," said the "White Iverson" rapper. Though the situation sounds harmless, the clip circulated about a week after Malone's incredibly awkward Breakfast Club interview, during which Charlamagne asked the rapper about what he was doing for the Black Lives Matter movement -- and Malone didn't have much to say.
Well, days after Malone earned himself the unfortunate headline, he went on DJ Drama's Gangsta Grillz radio to publicly apologize.
"It's unacceptable, you know. And I made a mistake...and I wanna apologize...And I guess that's really it, and I can't really say nothin,' you know. It was wrong of me."
Malone definitely took the wise route by flat out apologizing, instead of, say, defending his word choice like Tom Hanks' rapping son.

Kevin Gates Could Be Charged For Kicking A Female Fan In Florida
Police are reportedly looking into the footage of Kevin Gates kicking a female audience member during his show in Lakeland, Florida.
Despite releasing a string of strong projects over the last few years, Kevin Gates has continued to draw attention to himself for the wrong reasons. Most recently, footage of the Baton Rouge rapper kicking a female fan at a Florida show made its way online.
The clip showed a woman playfully tug on Gates' shorts, causing the rapper to forcefully kick her in retaliation. According to TMZ, the woman went to the hospital following injuries to her mid-section.
The gossip site also reports that police have opened an investigation on the incident, with Lakeland authorities working alongside the State Attorney's office to possibly pin charges on Gates. What those charges will be is still unknown.
That's all the info we have thus far, we'll keep you updated with any further details.
Chris Brown Is Being Sued By A Fan Who Was Injured At His Show
Chris Brown is being sued by a fan who was injured at one of his shows.
Chris Brown can never seem to get out from under his mounting legal problems. Lawsuits seem to be thrown in his direction every other day. Today a new one surfaced, from a fan who was injured during a Breezy show back in January.
As we reported on back in January, a shooting occurred during a Chris Brown show at San Jose's Capricorn Bash, which left five people injured. One of the injured fans, Paul Briley, is now suing Breezy, claiming it's the singer's fault there was a lack of security at the venue.
Briley reportedly sustained permanent injuries from the shooting. He says that violent incidents occurred at past Chris Brown shows, thus the singer should have more security on hand during his Bay Area show.
We'll keep you posted if the lawsuit sees a response from Brown's legal team.

Chance The Rapper Critiques Miley Cyrus' Hosting Duties At MTV VMAs
Chance The Rapper wasn't a fan of Miley Cyrus' hosting job at the 2015 MTV VMAs last night.
Miley Cyrus was the host of last night's MTV VMAs. In brief summation, she rocked outrageous and unabashedly ugly outfits, wore fake dreads, promoted her ~super cool~ love of marijuana, dissed Nicki Minaj's issues with the VMAs and participated in several corny skits. A lot of people weren't feeling it, and Chance The Rapper was one of them.
We were live tweeting during the VMAs last night, and Chance did the same, however he was definitely a tad more critical, and rightly so. In several tweets, Chance pointed out some of the faults with Miley's hosting, whether it was her commentary or her outfit.
What were your thoughts on the event, or Miley Cyrus' hosting in general? Sound off in the comments.
Isaiah Rashad Teases A New Project Coming Soon
Isaiah Rashad says he submitted a project to TDE.
Isaiah Rashad has been quiet since joining the Top Dawg family in 2013. Though there have been whispers of a collab with Ab-Soul, he's only released one project via TDE, Cilvia Demo EP in February 2014. But it appears that we'll be hearing more from him soon.
Sunday evening, he tweeted out rather casually that he'd just submitted a project to TDE CEO Anthony Tiffith. "Just turned in this project to [Anthony Tiffith]," he wrote. "Look like we might be jammin out in a minute huh..."
Hopefully Tiffith approves the project ASAP. IF you're looking for other Tennessee rappers to tide you over in the mean time, check out Tim Gent's Clarksville Nights, one of the most underrated mixtapes of the year.

Travi$ Scott Announces "Rodeo" Tour Dates
Travi$ Scott announces a brief tour in support of his debut album, "Rodeo."
We're now just four days away from receiving Travi$ Scott's highly anticipated debut album, Rodeo. The rapper has already been announced as a special guest on The Weeknd's fall tour, which is exciting enough, however Travi$ will also be doing his own stint to promote Rodeo.
Taking to his website today, the rapper revealed several upcoming "Days After Rodeo" tour dates. The tour kicks off in his home of Houston on the night his album drops, before he heads to both the East and West Coasts. It's a short run of just seven dates, but it's possible he'll add more or do a second leg, so we'll keep you posted.
For now you can check if he's hitting a city near you above. Cop Rodeo when it drops on September 4th.

Jay Z Caved And Got An Instagram Account
Give the homie @hovsince96 a follow.
Jay Z finally caved and got an Instagram account, opting for the handle @hovsince96. He dedicated his inaugural post with a tribute to Michael Jackson, who would have turned 57 years old today. The picture depicts a younger Jay Z rocking a Latrell Sprewell jersey and posing with the late singer. “Happy Birthday to the King! This may be my first and last post," he wrote.
Jay Z isn't much of a Twitter guy either, except for that time when he rattled off an extensive Twitter defense of Tidal.
As of press time, it's been three hours since Jay Z's post and he's already racked up 70,000 Instagram followers.

Police Sketch Bears Strange Resemblance To T.I., According To Twitter
Twitter users found a police sketch released yesterday looked an awful lot like T.I.
Yesterday, Fox 5 Atlanta reported on an attempted abduction in Atlanta, sharing a police sketch of the man in question. The picture drew a fair amount of attention on Twitter, unfortunately not to bring awareness to a dangerous threat in the neighborhood, but instead the drawing's strange resemblance to rapper T.I.
The image was passed around on social media, with users commenting on the coincidental look-a-like. While it's not really a subject to joke about, it's easy to see the comparison. Just to be clear, it goes without saying that T.I. didn't actually have anything to do with the incident.
Take a look at the tweets from users below. Do you see any resemblance between the sketch and the ATL rapper?
Meanwhile, T.I. is said to be working on his 10th studio album, which -- last we heard -- is set to be titled, The Dime Trap.

Listen To OVO Sound Radio Episode 4 With Majid Jordan's Jordan Ullman
Check out the new episode of OVO's Beats 1 radio show.
OVO Radio was back for another installment Saturday evening, and this time it was Jordan Ullman, one half of OVO duo Majid Jordan, who took the hot seat.
The show started with a lengthy set from OVO's resident tastemaker, Oliver El-Khatib, which featured music from ASAP Rocky, Ginuwine, Jai Paul, and an exclusive from Reekz & Section Boyz. Halfway through, Drake called in (using the heavy Scarborough accent we heard in his Jungle short film), explaining he's in the "cave" working on his album.
