Ray J Says Chris Brown's Arrest Is "Wrong And Sad"
"I can't say what's truthful or not because I've never seen that happen and I was right there."
On Tuesday, a long police standoff at Chris Brown's L.A. home following reports that he had pulled a gun on a woman ended with the singer being arrested. Brown was released on $250,000 bail today, and while he has yet to make a statement following his arrest, his lawyer has stressed that the "allegations against him are demonstrably false," while Ray J, who was present at the time of the alleged threat, has also spoken up on the events.
"My job is to just say that Chris is 100... meaning he's a good dude," Ray J told Entertainment Tonight, going on to question alleged victim Baylee Curran's story. "I think it was wrong and sad, and it hurts my feelings that you work so hard to try to get better, and a small little length of a story that you don't even know is even real or not can affect you this much without even getting the facts."
However, Ray J was hesitant to go on record to dispute Curran's claims that Brown pulled a gun on her, before a car began to follow her when she left the home. "I can't say what's truthful or not because I've never seen that happen and I was right there... So I don't want to comment." Later on, he told the host, "Everything you're saying is ridiculous to me."

Chris Brown Wins Custody Battle Against Nia Guzman
Chris Brown has secured joint custody of his daughter Royalty (again).
Chris Brown scored a legal victory against his baby mama Nia Guzman on Tuesday. According to TMZ, a judge denied Guzman's request to restrict Brown's custody of their 1-year-old daughter Royalty. This is not the first time such a decision has been handed down; Guzman attempted and failed to secure sole custody of Royalty last summer.
This time around, Guzman argued that Brown is unfit to care for Royalty due to his "alleged drug use and gang affiliation." The judged sided with Brown, who will continue to get 12 days a month with his daughter with no third party supervision.
Though it was not addressed in this custody battle, Guzman allegedly wants to increase the child support she receives from Brown from $2,500 a month to $16 thousand a month.

Prince Had Wanted To Be A Mentor For Chris Brown
An unearthed interview from last year reveals that Prince had tried to reach out out to Chris Brown.
In late 2014, Rolling Stone held an in-depth interview with Prince at his Paisley Park estate that had never seen the light of day until now. In the wake of Prince's shocking death last month, that interview has inspired Rolling Stone to publish a "lost cover story" on the late musical icon.
At the time, Prince affirmed that he was celibate and that he often went extended periods of time without food or water (seemingly more extreme than the current lifestyle of Young Thug). He also revealed that he had reached out to be a mentor to Chris Brown.
Prince brought up Brown after being asked to comment on the death of Michael Jackson. "I don't want to talk about it," Prince had initially responded. "I'm too close to it," he said, before relating Jackson's downfall to that of other star musicians:
"He is just one of many who have gone through that door -- Amy Winehouse and folks. We're all connected, right, we're all brothers and sisters, and the minute we lock that in, we wouldn't let anybody in our family fall. That's why I called Chris Brown. All of us need to be able to reach out and just fix stuff. There's nothing that's unforgivable."
Brown's infamous assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna transpired in March 2009, less than four months before Jackson's death. Of course, Brown has had his own struggles since the damning assault case, and Prince never specifically mentioned why he chose to reach out to the R&B singer

Meek Mill Previews Collaborations With Chris Brown & Rick Ross
Meek says he might have to charge for "Dreamchasers 4".
Meek Mill has been hyping his Dreamchasers 4 mixtape for some time now, and while he's shared two solid EPs in the process, fans are still eagerly awaiting news of the project. Today, Meek has shared clips of two new records, the first of which being an unnamed collaboration with Rick Ross, and the second, a record called "Trust Me' with Rozay and Chris Brown.
Meek certainly seems pretty excited about the new material indicating that he may have to release DC4 as a retail project. "I can't drop this shit for free," he wrote. Judging by the impressive numbers his last project put up, that's probably a good idea.

Chris Brown Won’t Face Charges In Las Vegas Battery Case
Chris Brown won’t be charged for allegedly “punching” a woman at a NYE after party.
Well it looks like Chris Brown won’t be charged in the case against the woman who accused him of “punching” her and taking her cellphone at an NYE after party at the Palms Casino Resort. According to Billboard, District Attorney Steve Wolfson said there wasn't enough evidence to seek misdemeanor battery and theft charges on Chris.
This shouldn’t be much of surprise as this was a money-hungry women & situation from the beginning. If you remember, Chris put her on blast for trying to stir up drama with Jason DeRulo back in August (see clip below). He even had plans to sue her to prevent such accusations in the future, but it’s unknown if that was followed through or not.

Chris Brown Is Being Sued By A Fan Who Was Injured At His Show
Chris Brown is being sued by a fan who was injured at one of his shows.
Chris Brown can never seem to get out from under his mounting legal problems. Lawsuits seem to be thrown in his direction every other day. Today a new one surfaced, from a fan who was injured during a Breezy show back in January.
As we reported on back in January, a shooting occurred during a Chris Brown show at San Jose's Capricorn Bash, which left five people injured. One of the injured fans, Paul Briley, is now suing Breezy, claiming it's the singer's fault there was a lack of security at the venue.
Briley reportedly sustained permanent injuries from the shooting. He says that violent incidents occurred at past Chris Brown shows, thus the singer should have more security on hand during his Bay Area show.
We'll keep you posted if the lawsuit sees a response from Brown's legal team.
