Pusha T Announces New Single With Jay Z Dropping Tonight

Pusha T's "Drug Dealers Anonymous" will precede his next album, "King Push". Pusha T promised us his 2015 project, Darkest Before Dawn, was the album before the album, and while we've heard that one before only to be left waiting indefinitely, the GOOD Music President seems to be delivering on the promise, announcing the lead single for King Push today. According to the artwork posted to his Instagram account, the track will be titled "Drug Dealers Anonymous," and will feature none other than Jay Z. The caption on the post reveals that the new track will be released tonight (Tuesday, May 31). This will be Jay Z's second verse this month, appearing on a remix of Fat Joe and Remy Ma's "All The Way Up" just last week

Chris Brown Wins Custody Battle Against Nia Guzman

Chris Brown has secured joint custody of his daughter Royalty (again). Chris Brown scored a legal victory against his baby mama Nia Guzman on Tuesday. According to TMZ, a judge denied Guzman's request to restrict Brown's custody of their 1-year-old daughter Royalty. This is not the first time such a decision has been handed down; Guzman attempted and failed to secure sole custody of Royalty last summer. This time around, Guzman argued that Brown is unfit to care for Royalty due to his "alleged drug use and gang affiliation." The judged sided with Brown, who will continue to get 12 days a month with his daughter with no third party supervision. Though it was not addressed in this custody battle, Guzman allegedly wants to increase the child support she receives from Brown from $2,500 a month to $16 thousand a month.

Yo Gotti Is Suing A Car Dealership For Crashing His Lamborghini

A dealership employee reportedly took it for a joyride while it was in for repairs. Yo Gotti’s so far successful 2016 has been marred by damages to his Lamborghini Aventador. While the luxury sports car was in the shop for repairs, an employee reportedly took the car out for a joyride one morning and crashed it into a tractor trailer. Now Yo Gotti is suing the dealership for damages. The dealership in question is Motorcars of Georgia, and Yo Gotti is reportedly suing for $80,000 in damages to the vehicle as well as his emotional trauma from the incident. The crash must have been pretty minor, because the original cost of Gotti’s car was $409,000. He frequently shows it off on his Instagram and in his music videos, although it has apparently been off the streets for many months now. Gotti has a pretty good case on his hands, as the crash occurred 20 miles away from the dealership and the rapper says he never gave permission for the car to be taken off the lot. He can’t feel too terrible though, as his single “Down In The DM” recently went platinum. Listen to his recent "Moolah" remix featuring Lil Wayne.

Travis Scott's "Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight" To Drop Any Day Now

If Trav is to be trusted, "Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight" will arrive this week. It's been over eight months since Rodeo, and La Flame fans are more than ready for a new album. Travis Scott created a massive buzz last week when he announced two upcoming projects, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight and Astroworld. He revealed the titles of the projects during a concert in Houston and referred to them both as albums. He told the crowd that the first of the two albums, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, would be dropping "sooner than you motherfuckers can take a shit tonight." Though shits have likely been taken, the album still isn't here. A couple of nights after the initial announcement, Travis performed a surprise show in Atlanta and confirmed the imminent release of Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight. "I'm dropping my new album in a couple of fucking days," he said to an audience of adoring fans. He went on to reveal that the album will feature "some of my favorite fucking artists."

Curren$y Has Another Mixtape On The Way

This one's called "The Legend of Harvard Blue". It's been difficult to keep up with Curren$y's output for years now, but the last few months have been especially prolific. Bourbon Street Secrets, his most recent release, was his fifth project of 2016 so far, and while he's already set out on his North American tour, he's got another project in the pipeline. The Legend Of Harvard Blue is without a release date for the time being, but Spitta did tease the artwork for the project on Instagram this week. Generally, he doesn't make his fans wait too long after announcing a mixtape, so we're guessing it should arrive soon.

Gorillaz Hit The Studio With Vic Mensa

Damon Albarn's right hand man Remi Kabaka shared a picture of Vic Mensa in the studio. Vic Mensa has performed with the Gorillaz on a handful of occasions. He handled Del the Funky Homosapien's duties on Gorillaz mega-hit "Clint Eastwood" during a 2014 performance at Governor's Ball. Shortly thereafter, he expressed a desire to get in the studio with Gorillaz mastermind Damon Albarn. It looks his wishes are being fulfilled. Remi Kabaka, otherwise known as the voice of Gorillaz fictional drummer Russel Hobbs, posted an Instagram picture of someone who looks suspiciously like Vic Mensa in the studio last night. According to Reddit user u/JordanPowers95, Kabaka initially tagged Mensa then removed the tag, which would imply that the band is trying to keep the collaboration on the low.

Stream Young Dro & Zaytoven's Project "Boot Up"

Young Dro and Zaytoven deliver 9-track "Boot Up." Zaytoven released nearly a dozen joint mixtapes in 2015, including one with Young Dro called Hell Cat. Though he hasn't been quite as prolific in 2016 (still praying on Beast Mode 2), he unites with Dro once more for a new mixtape/project/album called Boot Up. Boot Up is comprised of nine tracks, the same length as Hell Cat. First listen thoughts: Dro and Zay both submit vintage performances. Both artists are getting into their late 30s and are at the height of their powers -- Zaytoven in particular.

But when it comes to the beloved Air Jordans, Action ain't having it. In a recent trip to KITH in Brooklyn with Complex's Joe La Puma, Bronsolino discusses why he cant f*ck with Js, explains his love for the Ultra Boost, and drops $1425 on a plethora of new heat.

Ordained Review

If you dont have a open mind you will like Ordained. But if you do have a open mind you'll love it. This tape is very different from a lot of music thats out there. But the track i cant stop playing 360 Degrees. Its a great track with a lay back feel. I give Ordained 8 out of 10 so go ahead and bump it threw the subs.

The Air Jordan 5 “Olympic” Is Going For Gold

Jordan Brand ditches the traditional Olympic look. Fans of gold sneakers are in luck, because Jordan Brand has designed a version of the Air Jordan 5 prominently featuring metallic gold on the tongue. The Air Jordan 5 hasn’t been getting too much love in 2016, so it’s good to see at least one pair is on the way this year. Officially called the Air Jordan 5 Retro “Olympic,” Jordan Brand differentiates this Olympic sneaker from its many others by staying monochromatic. No traces of blue or red appear, as the upper is predominantly white with a black midsole. The tongue is a a metallic gold, with gold also appearing as an accent on the midsole. Despite disappearing from a few future retros, the blue icy sole is still present on this Air Jordan 5. The release date for the Air Jordan 5 “Olympic” is set for August 13, and will retail for $190. What’s your take on these?

Prince Had Wanted To Be A Mentor For Chris Brown

An unearthed interview from last year reveals that Prince had tried to reach out out to Chris Brown. In late 2014, Rolling Stone held an in-depth interview with Prince at his Paisley Park estate that had never seen the light of day until now. In the wake of Prince's shocking death last month, that interview has inspired Rolling Stone to publish a "lost cover story" on the late musical icon. At the time, Prince affirmed that he was celibate and that he often went extended periods of time without food or water (seemingly more extreme than the current lifestyle of Young Thug). He also revealed that he had reached out to be a mentor to Chris Brown. Prince brought up Brown after being asked to comment on the death of Michael Jackson. "I don't want to talk about it," Prince had initially responded. "I'm too close to it," he said, before relating Jackson's downfall to that of other star musicians: "He is just one of many who have gone through that door -- Amy Winehouse and folks. We're all connected, right, we're all brothers and sisters, and the minute we lock that in, we wouldn't let anybody in our family fall. That's why I called Chris Brown. All of us need to be able to reach out and just fix stuff. There's nothing that's unforgivable." Brown's infamous assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna transpired in March 2009, less than four months before Jackson's death. Of course, Brown has had his own struggles since the damning assault case, and Prince never specifically mentioned why he chose to reach out to the R&B singer

Kanye West Makes Statement By Wearing Colored Eye Contacts At 2016 Met Gala

Kanye West made quite the statement Monday night by wearing colored contacts at the biggest fashion event of the year. As you might saw on our twitter last night, the biggest fashion event of the year was held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City last night for the 2016 Met Gala, and boy were the stars in attendance. From your favorite athletes to artists, the event was represented well by the hip-hop & urban culture, with Beyonce, Future, Nas, Wiz Khalifa, Nicki Minaj, The Weeknd, Ciara, and Kanye West among many others all stepping on the red carpet. This year’s theme of the event was “Manus x Machina: Fashion In An Age Of Technology,” which saw every person in attendance showing off their ridiculously priced designer outfits & personal styles. However, the one who arguably made the biggest splash of the night was ironically dressed the simplest, and that being Kanye West, who caught everyone’s attention with ripped jeans & colored contacts. Rocking his favorite designer BALMAIN, Kanye tossed on a bedazzled jacket, a pair of ripped jeans, and threw in what looks to be blue contacts in his eyes, making a statement that when he was asked about the contacts on the red carpet, he simply replied "Vibes" in true Kanye fashion.

50 Cent Faces Backlash After Making Fun Of Teen With Disorder

50 Cent is in some hot water after making fun of a disabled teen at the airport. It appears 50 Cent in some hot water at the moment after he made fun of a disabled employee at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport this past weekend. In a now deleted IG post, 50 was at CVG airport to promote his Effen vodka when he ran into 19-year-old Andrew Farrell, and started to harass him for the way he looked. Fif can be heard saying in the Youtube clip (below), "What kind of shit you think he took before he got to work today? He high as a motherfucker right here in the airport," 50 says. "Pupils dilated and everything, looking like... the new generation is fucking crazy." Well it turns out the kid has dealt with social anxiety his whole life, and in an interview with Local 12 Cincinnati, Andrew's stepfather, Ken, called out 50 Cent for his actions that day. "It hurts to watch that, it's painful. You come up and you start talking to a kid you know nothing about. That's not fair. That's a slap in the face," he said. "Here's a guy who people look up to, and he's going to act like that?" While many students and fans have bashed the G-Unit leader, including one of Andrew’s fellow classmates (see below), Andrew’s parents have also asked for a public apology, which has yet to come, but I'm sure will. I think this is just a coincidental case that Fif would’ve honestly avoided if he had known what we now know. But nonetheless it happened, and an apology should be necessary

OVO Releases Full Credits To Drake's "VIEWS"

OVO releases the "VIEWS" digital booklet, including the album's full credits. Drake revealed the featureless VIEWS tracklist last Wednesday (Apr. 27). In the early evening before he ended up releasing the album on Apple Music while he was on the air for a rescheduled episode of OVO Sound Radio, Drake announced most of the VIEWS features by using memes inspired by his own album artwork. He soon shared a fairly extensive production list, which was later added to by Noah "40" Shebib. OVO has now released the entire list of VIEWS credits, listing the names of everyone involved in the recording of Drake's fourth studio album. The liner notes are placed carefully across various images of Drake and friends in front of curated Toronto scenes, as part of a slideshow on the OVO blog with a similar layout to a digital booklet. On the first page after the cover art, Drake dedicates the album to Megan Flores, a young girl currently undergoing cancer treatment, whom Drake visited with Rihanna in March while in Miami for an "Anti" tour date: "This body of work is dedicated to Megan Flores. I pray for your well being every day." Digging into the full writing credits, there's not a whole lot of revelatory information, but there are a few names in there worth noting. OVO/Reps Up affiliate Baka Not Nice is given a vocal credit for "Hype," as is Irish singer James Vincent McMorrow. Jeremih has background vocals on "With You," the breezy R&B collab featuring PartyNextDoor. On the standout "Still Here," D. Carter is given a writing credit -- did Dwayne Carter, aka Lil Wayne, help Drizzy with some of those bars?
