Curren$y Has Another Mixtape On The Way
This one's called "The Legend of Harvard Blue".
It's been difficult to keep up with Curren$y's output for years now, but the last few months have been especially prolific. Bourbon Street Secrets, his most recent release, was his fifth project of 2016 so far, and while he's already set out on his North American tour, he's got another project in the pipeline.
The Legend Of Harvard Blue is without a release date for the time being, but Spitta did tease the artwork for the project on Instagram this week. Generally, he doesn't make his fans wait too long after announcing a mixtape, so we're guessing it should arrive soon.

Curren$y Has Announced Another Mixtape
"Bourbon Street Secrets" is coming this month.
Curren$y has proved himself to be one of the most prolific rappers of the last few years, and it seems he's only speeding up. Earlier this week, Spitta delivered "Revolver," a short film that was accompanied by six new songs with producer Sledgren, but he won't be taking a breather any time soon.
"Just so u kno it's not a game..... Audio kilos on 4/20," wrote the rapper on Instagram, making us feel silly that we'd even think to count him out on such an important day. According to the post, the project is in collaboration with Purps of 808 Mafia, and is set to be titled, Bourbon Street Secrets. The artwork also bills it as a "motion picture". Does this mean Curren$y has begun a series of short films? We'll have to wait and see.

Curren$y & Dame Dash Settle $3 Million Dollar Lawsuit
Curren$y & Dame Dash have settled their $3 million dollar legal battle out of court.
It looks like Currensy & Dame Dash’s on-going legal battle has finally come to an end. According to The Jasmine Brand, the two have finally settled their $3 million dollar lawsuit out of court for an undisclosed amount.
To bring you up to speed, back in 2012 Currensy filed a lawsuit against Dame Dash for releasing two of his projects, Pilot Talk & Pilot Talk II, without his permission after their business deal didn’t work out together and he was with Warner Bros. Music. Spitta claims Dash didn’t have the rights to his music nor gave him his permission, meanwhile Dash says the opposite and says he did have permission.
So with Dame releasing that music, Currensy claimed that his deal with Warner Bros. was negatively impacted and that he wanted $1.5 million in damages. With Dame refusing to pay up, Currensy again took the former Roc-A-Fella boss to court in 2014, where this time he asked for $2.9 million in damages and $95,000 for lawyer’s fees.

Curren$y Announces "Canal St. Confidential" Release Date
Curren$y's "Canal St. Confidential" is due out on November 6th.
Curren$y dropped off a really big single with his fellow New Orleans natives the other week, "Bottom of the Bottle." With Alsina providing a smooth, catchy hook, not to mention a Lil Wayne feature, Spitta is bound to get some radio play for this one. The single is attached to a major label album from the decidedly underground rapper-- Canal St. Confidential.
The rapper has been teasing fans about the album on various social medias for a minute, but now we have the album's release date too. You'll be able to cop it on November 6th, via Atlantic Records.
