Drake Shows Up At Future's Toronto University Show, Brings Norm Kelly
Drake decided to crash Future's performance at Ryerson University, and he brought a very special guest.
Rumors of a Drake and Future collaborative project have been spreading over the last few days, and when Drake showed up to Future's performance at the Ryerson University orientation concert in Toronto, it seemed some kind of announcement could be made. Unfortunately, there was no mention of any new music, but the night wasn't without its surprises.
At one point, Drizzy brought out city councillor, Norm Kelly, a man applauded more for his vague understanding of memes than for his politics. Before instructing fans to turn up in a way only a 73-year-old white man could, Norm went "back to back" with Drake, further solidifying his internet cred.
Meanwhile Drake ran through his verse on "Where Ya At,” as well as doing pieces of “Energy,” “Back to Back,” and “Know Yourself.”
