Here Are The Sales Projections For Gucci Mane's "Everybody Looking"

How much does Gucci's comeback measure up to in sales? Gucci Mane has Everybody Looking with the release of his new album, but does he have everybody buying? Judging by the initial sales projections, he's got a fairly solid number of spectators opening their wallets. According to Hits Daily Double, Guwop is set to move 69,000-74,000 units of his new album, including streams, making it 45-50,000 in pure sales. These days, that's certainly nothing to scoff at. It's within the same ballpark of his 2009 album, The State Vs. Radric Davis, which sold 89,000 first week (which, to be fair, was before streaming came into the equation). It's expected to debut at #2 behind (you guessed it) Drake's VIEWS. Of course, we won't have any official figure until later in the week, so if you're looking for Wop to do numbers this week, make sure to grab the LP on iTunes.

Gucci Mane Set To Headline "Stop The Violence" Concert In Mississippi

Gucci Mane & Friends will be taking the stage for a "Stop The Violence" event in Mississippi come September. It looks like Gucci Mane has lined up his second formal post-prison concert. On Thursday night, it was announced that Gucci Mane & Friends will be taking over the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center for an “All Lives Matter” event. Going down September 24, the "Stop The Violence" event will feature Gucci Mane and "friends," with a portion of the proceeds going to benefit the families of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, who were both senselessly gunned down by police offers on duty last week. The event will serve as Gucci’s second formal post-prison concert, with the first one going down next Friday night, July 22 at the Fox Theatre in ATL.

Gucci Mane Releases 36-Track Album "Meal Ticket"

In the midst of Drake Day, Gucci Mane stealthy unleashes a 36-song offering "Meal Ticket." Without so much as an announcement, Gucci Mane has taken to iTunes today to drop a new album, Meal Ticket, a combination of his Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, & Dessert projects that results in one monstrous tracklist. The locked-up rapper is reportedly set to be released in September, with a tour already announced following his release. Perhaps he's attempting to empty out his hard drive before he gets back in the studio as a free man, with the release of his 36-track effort. The project features iLoveMakonnen, Young Scooter, Quavo, Sy Ari Da Kid, Andy Milokanis, Rich the Kid and more. Stream it below on Spotify and head to iTunes to purchase it

Stream Gucci Mane & Zaytoven's "Mama's Basement" Mixtape

Listen to some unreleased songs from Gucci Mane & Zaytoven in "Mama's Basement." As if today wasn't already crazy enough, Gucci Mane just dug into the vaults and decided to share some unreleased songs he recorded with Zaytoven years ago back when he was living in his Mama’s Basement. Released via Soundcloud, the project consists of nine never-before-heard songs from Gucci Mane, all of which are produced by Zaytoven obviously. Serving as the follow up to East Atlanta Santa 2, Mama’s Basement should definitely keep the fans & streets on lock while we wait for Guwop’s release from prison, which will hopefully be sooner than later.
